DAVID R. INDERMILL is a 3rd generation San Diegan, during the course of his diverse career beginning in 1998, he has been extremely successful in all aspects of real estate including residential sales, development, investment and asset management consulting. He has also been brokering Bulk-Commercial, Single Family Residences, Multi-Family REO's, along with performing and non-performing notes secured by the real estate asset. He works with a select group of principal investors that are seeking these type of assets.
He has also to date successfully completed over $68M+ in real estate sales transactions. David Indermill has proven to be a skilled sales agent, visionary entrepreneur and an adroit trouble shooter.

David has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer since 1998 at Re/Max Coastal Properties DRE# 01232827, and a member of ReMax's Award Winning Platinum Club. He is also honored to have been selected into the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

David is married to Rosanne Indermill, and has 3 daughters on his wife's side, along with 3 grandchildren. David enjoys helping people and giving back to the beach community. David and Rosanne reside at Sail Bay by the Catamaran. David and his wife, love to travel and socialize along with bringing the right people together with friends and business. David is a devoted husband, family man, and enjoys working smarter not harder to service his clients. David has enjoyed surfing, and snowboarding combined since he was 5 years old. David and his wife enjoy the So Cal lifestyle, and thank the man upstairs for being blessed having lived here in America's Finest City. David has always lived in San Diego, except when he lived in Europe for 3 months in the early 90's.
David and his wife are big advocates for recycling anything and everything recyclable, as well as doing things to help the environment. David and Rosanne, attend many Black-Tie Charity events to give back to the community.
