This private La Jolla Shores home, on the sands, was featured on the cover of Distinctive Homes Magazine. He also had The Kress in Hollywood listed for $36,000,000. David has successfully sold over $70,000,000 in real estate transactions. He implemented his real estate skills by selling ,many of the same properties, more than 3 times over; consequently, making clients profits that ranged from $60,000 to $750,000! He honed in on working with clients from 1st time home buyers to the affluent clientele, who were looking to purchase a 2nd or 3rd homes, as well as investment properties. He enjoys working with investor clients, especially, when they are doing a 1031 tax deferred exchange.

David has sold homes to professional athletes such as Drayton Florence and Mike Goff which are both former SD Chargers and Alfonzo Rawls a Professional Skateboarder. He has consulted with former SD Padres, Phil Nevin, Ken Caminiti, Scott Sanders,Reggie Sanders,Ryan Klesko,Greg Vaughn and Trevor Hoffman. David was the first Realtor in San Diego Ca to have a 12 foot by 24 foot billboard which was located above the Roberto's on a busy intersection in Mission Beach. To compliment the billboard, David ran the same advertisement for 3 Months, on several 4 by 6 foot illuminated bus shelters, and a 4 foot by 4 foot dual sided mini billboard that a bicycle company rode all over the beach area. The first,of its kind ,billboard featured Phil Nevin, MVP San Diego Padres, and David with the famous quote “Hit a Home Run with Dave!” David's marketing campaign was featured in the 2001 edition, on the 1st page ,of the Image Section in The Re/Max Times that circulates to every Re/Max office in the world!
